USH is the acronym for, or first initials of, Utah State Hospital. The Institute of American Music (IAM) has joined with USH as a volunteer service providing music outreach between USH and the local community. IAM will sponsor barn dances, concerts, and recitals at USH on a monthly basis (sometimes maybe more than once per month). If you would like to participate in the IAM/USH program either as a volunteer at events, or to set up an event of your own, please CONTACT Mark Geslison at IAM (the contact form sends your email directly to Mark). For directions to USH click HERE.
Below are photos of the buildings and venues at USH. There are 2 venues that IAM will utilize for concerts and barn dances. They are, 1) the Owen P. Heninger administration building stage, and 2) the chapel, or conference center.
